Babak Ganjei // Olive Take 17 (2019)

Olive Take 17 was specially produced by Babak Ganjei to coincide with DOG SHOW at Southwark Park Galleries in 2019.

The story behind it is almost too good: Babak started drawing portraits of Olive and sending them to her companion Matthew Higgs, Director of White Columns, New York's oldest alternative non-profit art space. When we asked Olive and Matthew to help select artists for DOG SHOW, Olive's top pick was Babak. Naturally, he had to be in the show.
